Harvested in March – April, when Litchi flowers are in full bloom across the foothills of the Shivaliks, this delicious varietal has a distinct fruity aftertaste of the Litchi fruit and a brilliant golden glaze.

Litchi is like going on a date with an enchantress and reminds you of your first kiss. It does get crystalline in colder temperatures making you wish you had blisters on your tongue. It could very well kick up a tropical storm when used in your beverages.
